Surprise!

Lost in Eve is back with another episode. There are reasons….one of which is a special guest which Jade has enjoyed having on the show previously.

In this episode, we talk….community. It’s really the underlying theme of what we discuss. How we interact with it? Well, that’s a matter of discussion, which we end up doing in this episode.

In this episode, Jade discusses in detail about his new alliance and the plans for it in the future. Thoughts of organization parts of New Eden that are stereotypically known as being unorganized is a goal. It’s an interesting concept.

Discussions on the CSM 7 elections entail making note of Jade’s plans in that regard as well as planning for CSM8.

Lastly, an important announcement regarding the future of Lost in Eve and some funny ‘encounter’ of staying alive in Null Sec.

In this episode, we have special guest Marco Drack from low sec pirating corporation, The Bastards joining Jade as they discuss Crucible, low sec, and other things. Jade also has a few in game matters to share, one of which will become a more official piece of news and development for 2012!

Lastly, Jade also slips in a little parody of 12 Days of Christmas at the end of the show, made by one of his corpmates, Togor. It has a little EVE and Goons involved….so enjoy!

There’s a lot going on still with the pages and activities behind getting Lost in Eve back up and running so I would appreciate your patience.

In the meantime, I invite you to enjoy the services that are available already. Also note that I’ve installed a new forum and this one you don’t need to wait for me to ‘approve’ of your sign up. You register and you should be on your way straight to post. The forums are kind of still underwork but then again, without seeing how much activity there will be, there’s really no point in expanding them too much, right?  ;-)

I encourage you to take some time to read the About page as it gives a pretty detailed breakdown of the history regarding Lost in Eve all the way through to where it stands today. It’s a decent read so do so with time and an objective mind. There’s a lot of info there but reading that will give you a good overview of what’s been happening since day 1.

There’s a blog that I started some time ago. It’s definitely bare and underwork when comparing to the giants in the blogging community but it’s a place to start. I’ve long wanted to get into blogging about EVE and now is the start. I’m no author like those of JestersTrek, Evoganda, Freebooted, or other prominent bloggers but I love EVE and blogging is another medium to express that…especially out of game when on work trips.  :-)

I’ve intended Lost in Eve to be a community place, not just a podcast. The ‘brand’ had grown, but also taken some damage as a result of the recent unpredictability of yours truly. Truth is, I couldn’t be more stable and boring in real life. Having said that, I wanted to fulfill a vision to make Lost in Eve an important place to visit and interact as a community within the greater EVE society. It is with that vision that the return of Lost in EVE is born and it is that same vision that drives me to keep it alive. It’s my hope that you, a fellow lover of EVE Online, a listener, and a supporter will catch on with that vision and ‘together’ further enrich this environment we all love to be in!
